Sheree Hartwell is a seasoned Mother Agent and the Owner and Director of FORD/Robert Black Agency, one of the leading modeling and talent agencies in the American Southwest. With more than 25 years of experience discovering, developing, and placing emerging talent with top agencies worldwide, she is known for her integrity, industry relationships, and strategic career guidance. Serving as both an advocate and architect for the talent she represents, Sheree is passionate about helping individuals recognize their potential, build confidence, and navigate the industry with authenticity, professionalism, and purpose.

Her journey began at age 12 as a model with FORD/Robert Black Agency, where she gained firsthand experience working both locally and internationally, including assignments in New York and Europe. After earning a degree in Fashion and Advertising from Northern Arizona University, Sheree expanded her industry knowledge through agency management experience in San Francisco before returning to Arizona to pursue her vision of building and leading a world-class talent agency.

In 2005, at just 27 years old, Sheree fulfilled a lifelong goal by purchasing FORD/Robert Black Agency from its founder, Robert Black. Under her leadership, the agency has grown into a respected full-service talent agency representing models, actors, voice-over artists, and creative professionals across fashion, commercial print, television, film, runway, and digital media. She has cultivated strong relationships with agencies, casting directors, and clients throughout the United States and internationally, helping launch and develop the careers of countless successful artists and performers.

Sheree's approach is rooted in long-term career building, personalized mentorship, and thoughtful placement guiding talent from their earliest test shoots through opportunities in national and international markets. She believes every successful career begins with trust, strong relationships, and a customized strategy tailored to each individual's goals, strengths, and unique story. Her ability to combine industry expertise with genuine care has made her a trusted mentor to both emerging and established talent.

Based in Scottsdale, Sheree balances her role as an industry leader with active involvement in the fashion community and philanthropic initiatives. As a mother, business owner, and mentor, she understands the importance of supporting not only the talent she represents, but also the families who entrust her with their careers.
